Check in Time: After 3p.m. for Hotel. After 4p.m. for Suites

Checkout: By 11a.m.

Credit Card used for Advance Deposit must be presented at check in by person whose name appears on card. We do not accept credit card payments from persons not staying at hotel. If credit card is not present, another form of payment will be required to cover total stay.

Personal Checks are not accepted 21 days or less prior to arrival date. At check in, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order and Travelers Checks are only forms of payment accepted. Credit Cards are not accepted for certain reservations.

Cancellation/Change Policy:
For all standard reservations cancelled or changed with in 10 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited. All standard reservations cancelled outside of 10 day policy will result in a $25 plus tax processing fee. Reservations made 10 days or less prior to arrival deposit is forfeited. For Group reservations cancellation policy vary refer to group contract. Reservations are held until 10p.m. If not noted for late arrival reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

All changes and cancellations must be done during normal business hours of 8a.m. to 4p.m. No changes to reservations or cancellations will be processed afterhours.

Advance Deposit:
First Night +tax required to hold all reservations. For 6+ night reservations, 2 Night Deposit +tax required. Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder's name who appears on it; We do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into hotel. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Security Deposit:
A cash security deposit is required for guests 22 & under ($400 for Hotel & $500 for Suites) . A $100 cash deposit or a credit card on file required for all cash paying guest.

Parking:
1 complimentary parking space per room reserved is provided in 1 of 3 lots located near front lobby, across street from hotel and 1 block south of hotel. Parking is only provided for standard size vehicles. Larger vehicles must make other arrangements. A limited amount of additional parking passes for $25 dollars per day plus tax avail.

Pools and Jacuzzi:
Hotel Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub open til Sept. 26. (10a.m. to 8p.m. til Sept. 7 Daily; Sept. 8 to Sept. 26 Sunday to Thursday 10a.m. to 6p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays 10a.m. to 8p.m.)

Suites Outdoor Pool on 3rd St. open til Sept. 26 (10a.m. to 8p.m til Sept. 7 Daily; Sept 8 to Sept. 26 Sunday to Thursday 9a.m. to 4p.m.; Friday and Saturdays 10a.m. to 8p.m.)

Indoor Pool 3rd St. location open daily (10a.m. to 10p.m.)

Pools are closed before, during and 60 minutes after severe weather.

Room Types:
City View Guest Rooms offer a private balcony with city view. Side Ocean View Guest Rooms offer a side ocean view from your private balcony. Smoking is not permitted inside of hotel or hotel rooms. Only on balcony with doors closed.

Smoking:
Smoking in a non smoking room or leaving a smoke smell inside of room will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Bikes and Pets:
Bikes are not allowed in hotel but may be parked at outside bike rack. Pets are not permitted onto any part of hotel property.

Discounts:
Black out dates apply and discounts may be discontinued at any time and may not be combined.

Ice:
We do not offer an Ice Machine, but all of our guest rooms come equipped with small refrigerators offering ice trays. Large bags of ice can be purchased at front desk for coolers.

Rates:
Rates do not include 6% State Tax, 4.5% Local Tax, $7.99 per night resort fee. Rates are based off double occupancy for most room types and 4 persons on Oceanside room type. Additional charge of $10.00 per day for persons 13 and over. Kids 12 and under stay free with parents. Rates are subject to change and may differ from that printed here. Minimum stays also required for all weekends and some weekday stays. Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday Nights.

Grills, electric griddles and other cooking items not provided by hotel are not permitted on property.
