Hotel Policies and Reservation requirements:

Security Deposit of $500 required for all reservations for Guests age 23 & under.
Cancellation Policy: For all standard reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited. All standard reservations cancelled outside of 15 day policy will result in a $15 plus tax processing fee. For Senior Week Reservations all cancellations are non refundable. For Group reservations cancellation policy vary. Reservations are held until 10p.m. If not noted for late arrival reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Advance Deposit: 1/3 Deposit required to guarantee reservation never less than 1 nights deposit. Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder's name who appears on it; We do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into hotel. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.
Rates: Rates do not include State Tax, Local Tax, and $4.49 per night resort fee. Rates are based off double occupancy for most room types and 4 persons on Oceanside room type. Additional charge of $12.00 per day for persons 13 & over. Kids 12 & under stay free with parents. Rates are subject to change and may differ from that printed here. Minimum stays also required for all weekends and some weekday stays. Weekend rates apply to Fri. , Sat., Sun. & select Thurs.
Check In: After 3p.m. Check Out by 11a.m.
Parking: 1 complimentary parking space per room reserved is provided in 1 of 3 lots located near front lobby, across street from hotel and 1 block south of hotel. Parking is only provided for standard size vehicles. Larger vehicles must make other arrangements. A limited amount of additional parking passes for $25 dollars per day plus tax avail.
Pools & Jacuzzi: Rooftop Outdoor Pool is open from May 1st through September 15th 9a.m. to 9p.m.Daily; Rooftop Jacuzzi open Weekends in May, and Full-time Memorial Day Weekend to End of September 10a.m. to 9p.m. Daily; Indoor Pool open Daily from 10a.m. to 9 p.m. Daily. Lightning Storms will close all pools for up to 1 hour after storm has passed. Hotel not responsible for damage done to clothing worn into pools or spa. Persons under 15 not permitted into pools without adult supervision.
Room Types: Oceanblock City View Efficiencies do not offer a ocean view, but a city view. Oceanside Efficiencies offer a side ocean view from your private balcony. King Bed Eff. offer handicap accessible restrooms. Smoking is not permitted in any non smoking room, but is permitted on patio. Smoking in a non smok. room results in a $75 fee.
Bikes & Pets: Bikes are not allowed in hotel but may be parked at outside bike rack. Pets are not permitted onto any part of hotel property.
Discounts: Black out dates apply and discounts may be discontinued at any time and may not be combined. To receive repeat guest discount name must be in our system.
Grills: Grills, electric griddles and grills, and all cooking items not provided by hotel are not allowed on hotel property.
