Cancellation Policy for Groups and High School Senior Week Reservations:
Guest must cancel 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive back advance deposit minus $15.00 + tax processing fee. All cancellations inside of cancellation period forfeit deposit.

Cancellation Policy for all other Reservations:
Guest must cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to recieve back advance deposit paid minus $15.00 + tax processing fee. All cancellations inside of cancellation period forfeit deposit.

All 70 Units are Efficiencies; Most with Private Balconies!
Hotel is located Oceanside at 3rd St. Rooftop Pool open Memorial Day to mid-September; Rooftop Jacuzzi open weekends in April and full time May through late September
